Spindleback Stables is a full service training facility for both equines and their humans.
We enjoy working with horses of every size and knowledge. Believing in a steady calm method of training we find that horses (and humans) are able to learn at their own pace and retain information given to them when they are confident in themselves.
Sharing the world of carriage driving is a specialty that we believe in, everyone can enjoy horses no matter what their background is. Our lessons are all catered to your individual needs and expectations. Safety is our #1 priority for everyone involved!

Meet the Boarmans
Andrew and Jenn were married in 2021. Their shared love of animals and all things fluffy led them to purchase 58 acres in rural Virginia and grow Spindleback Farm. Growing up in farm families, both Andrew and Jenn share a love of cows, horses and carriage driving. Most importantly the Boarman's love to share their farm and their animals with you.
